Buyer couple #1 is looking for:

  • 4 bedrooms + area or room for computer/study (could be 5 bed)
  • Prefer 2 story with 1 bed & bath downstairs
  • Must have Living Room, Dining Room, Family Room and eat-in kitchen
  • Prefer no pool but will consider a home with one
  • Must be west of Almaden Expressway
  • Strongly prefer Williams area of Almaden - must have Bret Harte & Leleand
  • Must be quiet location, away from busy streets
  • Must not be in flood plain or directly adjacent to creeks
  • 2 - 3 car garage, attached Buyer
  • Home can need some updating as long as the floorplan is good
  • Home size probably between 2200 SF and 3000 SF, but a little larger or smaller may work
  • Lot size 8000 to 12,000 ideally

Couple # 2 is looking for:

  • 4 bedrooms or 3 + den (if room to add a den, may be a possibiity for 3 bed house - for example, if the house has a 3 car garage, perhaps one could be converted to an office)
  • Prefer 2 story but will consider 1 story house
  • Must have Living Room, Dining Room, Family Room and eat-in kitchen
  • Prefer no pool, will consider home with pool
  • Prefer location with Leland High School, would also prefer Bret Harte area but schools not as strongly required so may consider Oak Canyon, Montevideo, and other areas as long as not too close to high voltage lines etc.
  • A spacious kitchen is a huge plus
  • Strongly prefer a master suite which includes a tub (will consider a house where there's room to add it)
  • Must be at least 1/2 mile from high voltage power lines
  • Home size probably between 1800 and 2500 SF, but a little bigger could be ok
  • Lot size greater than 7000, want good sized backyard.
