Valley of Hearts Delight Blog
Here’s a blog that’s focus will be on first time buyers and those buying their first single family home in the greater San Jose or Silicon Valley area. It was much neglected recently as Mary’s Project Blogger competition (which she won with the mentorship of Frances Flynn Thorsen) caused all of her blogging energy to center on the Los Gatos blog. Look for a revival in the near future.

A newer blog on a newer website, the subject matter should be of interest to buyers and sellers generally, but especially the move up buyer or seller working in the $1 - $2 range, particularly in Almaden Valley, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, and Saratoga, CA.
